	• Location - Congress Venue Hilton Park Hotel, Lefkosia Cyprus. Griva Dighenis Avenue, Nicosia CY 1507  • Official Language The official language is English. All lectures and presentations will be held in English.  • Preliminary Programme You can download a printer friendly version of the Preliminary Programme via the Congress website after the 1st of January 2006. If you have no access to the internet, please contact the Secretariat. • Airport Information & Transportation To And From The Airport International flights arrive at Larnaka and Paphos International Airports. In an effort to have the Congress participants experience the Cypriot hospitality as soon as they set foot on Cyprus, we propose to stage a welcoming desk in the arrivals Arrival and departure transfers every 60 minutes from and to Larnaka and Paphos International Airports and hotels can be arranged at an additional cost. This service includes private assistance and transfer by deluxe air-conditioned coach. Participants who have reserved an arrival transfer will be met and assisted inside the arrival hall, after passing through passport control and after luggage claim. • Transportation to and from the Congress Venue All registered participants will be provided with a registration badge on the first day of registration. This badge is valid for the duration of the Congress for unlimited rides on shuttle busses from the official Congress hotels to the Congress Main Venue and official social events will be available for delegates at designated times. It is not valid for rides to/from the airport. • Visas Visas are not required for EU passport holders. Other nationals should check with their local Cyprus embassy. • Insurance & Liability International Union of Angiology,  the Local Organizing Committee and Congresswise Ltd shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or cancellation, delay, accident loss, hostilities, political unrest or force majeure which may occur to any of the potential delegates for whatever cause arising out of act or default of the organizers. Also International Union of Angiology, the Local Organizing Committee and Congresswise Ltd cannot be held responsible for extra costs or expense due to unforeseen delays, strikes, civil riots, accidents and inoperable weather conditions. Finally, IInternational Union of Angiology, the Local Organizing Committee and Congresswise Ltd will however, do everything possible to protect delegates' interests. Delegates are strongly encouraged to make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance. • Group Discounts The Cyprus Hosting Committee is pleased to offer a group discount to National Associations Pharmaceutical Companies who register multiple members or employees for conferences. Prices are discounted off the normal fees. The Group registration procedure is offered when the number of participants therein reaches the minimum of 20 delegates.   • Excursions & Cruices Pre and Post Congress excursions will be available for all participants and their companions. Extend your stay enjoy the Mediterranean Sea on board a cruise ship and visit Egypt, Lebanon and Greek Islands on a 2-day or 3-day cruises.
