The
Organising Committee in association with Louis Tourism
Agency has arranged special discounted rates for
delegates
attending the EUROCHAP2007. To take advantage of these
rates, the delegates must advise us of their
accommodation requirements on their registration form.
Accommodation
has been reserved for the Congress participants at 5,
4, 3 and 2 Star hotels and will be confirmed on a
first come-first served basis. Official check-in time
for hotels is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00.
Complimentary shuttle bus service from the official
Congress hotels to the Hilton Park Hotel and official
social events will be available for delegates at
designated times.
